Smart Engineering AWS Marketplace Overview

The Smart Engineering AWS Marketplace module covers how to deploy and operate AI Cockpit: Smart Engineering in buyer-managed Kubernetes environments through AWS Marketplace.

This section is intended for platform engineers, cluster administrators, and technical operators who are responsible for:

  • purchasing the product in AWS Marketplace
  • deploying it to Amazon EKS
  • configuring IAM permissions and workload identity
  • defining authentication behavior
  • exposing the correct application services
  • configuring the optional gateway layer

The default deployment model includes the application components inside the cluster and integrates with buyer-managed AWS services for storage, inference, licensing, and metering.

  • Prerequisites and IAM covers buckets, runtime access, and IRSA
  • Deploying on Amazon EKS shows the Helm installation process
