This section provides a detailed overview of the AI-powered tools available on the platform, designed to enhance your workflow and productivity.

Content Heuristic Analysis

This tool provides insights and identifies potential issues in any text submitted for analysis.

How to Use

  1. Enter Text: In the description field, paste or type the text you want to analyze.
  2. Manage Text:
    • Clear: Click to erase the content of the description field. This button is enabled only after you start typing.
    • Generate: Click to begin the analysis. The AI will perform a static evaluation and suggest improvements.

Interacting with the Results

Once the analysis is complete, the AI's response will be displayed. You can then perform the following actions:

  • Chatbot: Engage in a real-time conversation with the Chatbot to gain further insights into the analyzed text.
  • Copy: Transfer the generated text to your clipboard.
  • Download: Download the AI's analysis as a .txt file.
  • Delete: Remove the current analysis to start a new one. A confirmation modal will appear before deletion.

Audio and Video Transcription

This tool converts audio and video files into text, offering several advantages:

  • Speed and Efficiency: Accelerates the transcription process, saving time and effort.
  • Ease of Indexing and Search: Improves the organization and searchability of your content.
  • Accuracy and Quality: Utilizes advanced speech recognition technology for precise transcriptions.

How to Transcribe

The transcription process is completed in three simple steps:

Step 1: Upload Your File

  • Drag and drop your file into the upload field or click the icon to select it.

  • Maximum size: 250MB
  • Maximum duration: 30 minutes
  • Accepted formats: MP4, MP3, MKV, WAV, and OGG

If you need to change the file, you can delete the current one. A confirmation modal will appear before removal.

Step 2: Choose Transcription Options

Select one or both of the following options:

  • Generate Minutes with AI: Creates a detailed summary in a meeting minutes format based on the file's content, highlighting key points, subjects, and participants.
  • Transcribe: Converts all spoken content into written text, ideal for transcribing conversations, presentations, or meetings.

Step 3: Generate the Transcription

  • Once you have selected your option(s), the Generate button will be enabled. Click it to start the process.

Managing Your Results

The generated content will appear in cards, each with the following options:

  • Copy: Copies the text to your clipboard.
  • Download: Downloads the text as a .txt file.
  • Delete: Removes the card after confirmation.
