Requirements Module

The Requirements module uses generative AI to help you efficiently create Initiatives, Epics, User Stories, and Personas based on your clients' guidelines. This streamlines the process of creating and managing issues in your project management platforms.

Getting Started: Project Configuration

Before you can generate any requirements, you must first create and configure a Project. This project serves as the foundation for all AI-generated content.

Creating a New Project

  1. Navigate to the Project Section: This is the central hub for managing your projects.

  2. Initiate Project Creation: Click "Create a Project" to start.

  3. Choose a Project Type:

    • Knowledge Base: Use this for projects based on existing documentation. You will need to upload a knowledge base document (.pdf, .txt, or .word).
    • Regular Project: For standard projects.
  4. Name and Describe Your Project: Provide a clear name and a detailed description to give the AI context.

    Integration with Management Platforms

    If your organization has a linked management platform, you can select a board to associate with your project.

Managing Existing Projects

From the project listing page, you can:

  • View: See the details of a project.
  • Edit: Modify an existing project.
  • Delete: Remove a project after confirming the action.

Generating Requirements Artifacts

Once your project is set up, you can generate the following artifacts.

Initiatives

Generate high-level initiatives based on your project's scope.

  1. Select a Project.
  2. Describe the Initiative Scope: Provide a brief overview of the initiative.
  3. Define Number of Outputs: Choose how many variations you want.
  4. Generate: Click to create the initiatives.

After generation, you can copy, delete, or use the chatbot to refine each initiative. You can also generate more by clicking "New output."

Epics

Create epics that break down your initiatives into smaller, more manageable parts.

  1. Select a Project.
  2. Describe the Epic Scope.
  3. Select an Initiative (Optional): If you have a linked management platform, you can associate the epic with an existing initiative.
  4. Define Number of Outputs.
  5. Generate.

As with initiatives, you can copy, delete, use the chatbot, or create a "New output."

User Stories

Generate detailed user stories from your epics.

  1. Select a Project.
  2. Define the Persona.
  3. Describe the User Story Scope.
  4. Select an Epic (Optional): Link the user story to an epic if you have a connected management platform.
  5. Define Number of Outputs.
  6. Generate.

You have the same interaction options: copy, delete, chatbot, and "New output."

Personas, Tone, and Voice

Define the target audience and communication style for your project.

  1. Fill in the Company Details:
    • Company Area: Your industry or sector.
    • Pillars: Core values of your company.
    • Essence: What your company is all about.
    • Promise: What you promise to your customers.
    • Mission: Your company's mission statement.
  2. Generate Persona: Click to create a detailed persona based on the information provided.
