Chat with Agents
The Chat screen lets you have a conversation with any agent available in your organization, with full session-based history.
What you can do
- Send messages to the selected agent and receive responses.
- Maintain context within a session.
- Start new sessions or resume previous conversations.
How to start a chat
- From the Home screen, open an agent's detail drawer.
- Click Start Chat.
- Type your message in the input field and press Enter or click Send.
- Wait for the agent's response.

How it works
Each agent is connected to an AI flow. When you send a message, it is processed by the agent's configured integration and a response is returned. Response time depends on the complexity of the agent's flow and the underlying model.
tip
If an agent does not respond as expected, check with your administrator whether the agent's integration is correctly configured.
Best practices
- Start a new session when changing topics to keep context clean.
- Use session history to resume previous conversations without repeating context.
- Be specific in your first message — include the task or question clearly for more accurate responses.
