Settings - Overview
The Settings area is where administrators and managers configure the organization's agents, teams, users, budgets, and projects.
Access notice
Most modules in this section are available only to Admin and Manager roles. To request access, contact your organization administrator.
Exception: Projects can be viewed by all roles. Creating, editing, and deleting projects requires Admin or Manager access.

Recommended operation workflow
- Validate the selected organization in the header.
- Adjust team structure in Teams.
- Review users and access roles in Users.
- Validate budget limits in Budgets.
- Manage agents in Agents when the module is available for your role.
- Organize work contexts in Projects.
