Home and Cockpit
The Home screen is the starting point of AIC Hub, where you discover and access agents and platforms available to your organization.
What you can do
- Search and filter agents by name, category, or favorites.
- Open an agent's detail drawer to review its description before starting.
- Start a chat session with any active agent.
- Mark agents as favorites for quick access.
Search and filter controls

Step by step
- Open the Hub home page.
- Use search, filters, and sorting to refine the list.
- Click an agent card to open the detail drawer.
- In the detail drawer:
- Click Start Chat to open a conversation with the agent.
- For platforms, click Access to open the external link (when active).
- Click the favorite icon on any card to save it for quick access later.
Best practices
- Use the favorites filter for agents you interact with regularly.
- Validate agent status (active/inactive) before opening.
- Check the description and details in the drawer to confirm you are using the right agent.
