Settings - Agents
The Agents section is where you create and manage the AI agents available to your organization.
Access notice
This section is available only to Admin and Manager roles. To request access, contact your organization administrator.
What you can do
- List and search agents by name or description.
- Create new agents.
- Edit agent configuration.
- Activate or deactivate agents.
- Delete agents.
Agent list
| Column | Description |

| Name | The agent's display name |
| Description | A brief description of what the agent does |
| Type | The integration type |
| Status | Whether the agent is active or inactive |
| Actions | Edit, activate/deactivate, or delete the agent |
Basic workflow
- Open Settings - Overview and navigate to Agents.
- Use the search bar to locate an existing agent, or click Create Agent to add a new one.
- When creating, select the agent type and fill in the required fields — the form adapts based on the selected type.
- To edit, click the Edit action on the agent row and update the fields as needed.
- Use the Status toggle to activate or deactivate an agent. Inactive agents are not shown on the Home screen.
- Click Save and validate that the agent is available in Home and Cockpit and Chat with Agents.

Deleting an agent is permanent. Users will lose access to that agent and its chat history may no longer be accessible.
