Settings - Telemetry

The Telemetry section provides visibility into how the platform is being used across the organization, including engagement data, user activity, and cost information.

Access notice

This section is available only to Admin and Manager roles. To request access, contact your organization administrator.

What you can do

  • View a high-level dashboard of platform usage and key metrics.
  • Analyze engagement patterns by agent, team, and time period.
  • Monitor individual user activity and adoption.
  • Review cost breakdowns by organization, team, and agent.
  • Generate and download custom usage and cost reports.

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides a summary view with KPI cards and charts showing:

Analytics

The Analytics tab offers deeper analysis of engagement patterns.

Users

The Users tab shows individual user activity, helping managers identify:

  • Which users are actively using the platform.
  • Which users have not yet adopted the tool.
  • Usage frequency per user.

Billing

The Billing tab shows cost data broken down by:

Basic workflow

  1. Open Settings - Overview and navigate to Telemetry.
  2. Use the tab navigation to switch between Dashboard, Analytics, Users, and Billing.
  3. Apply date or period filters to scope the data to the range you need.
  4. To export data, click Generate Report, select the data points and period, and click Generate to download the report.
tip

Custom reports are useful for sharing usage and cost summaries with stakeholders who do not have direct access to the platform.
