Metrics Module: OKR's
Introduction
OKR (Objectives and Key Results) is a goal-setting and tracking methodology used to align teams’ strategic objectives and measure progress toward deliverables. In the project agility management platform, OKRs are used to ensure that teams are focused on clear and measurable objectives.
OKR's
The OKRs page can be accessed from the Metrics module menu.
The use of OKRs allows for:
- Strategic Alignment: Connecting team objectives with organizational goals, promoting focus and coherence in deliverables.
- Continuous Monitoring: Tracking key results to ensure that objectives are met within the established timeline.
- Transparency and Focus: Providing visibility into the team’s priorities, helping keep all members aligned with both short- and long-term goals.
The platform makes it easy to create, track, and review OKRs, allowing teams to adjust quickly as project needs evolve.

A new OKR can be added by clicking the button located in the top right corner of the page, labeled "Add OKR". When clicked, a modal will open, as illustrated in the example below, where you can fill in the descriptions related to the new indicator.

Next to the organization’s title, two parameters are displayed. The first indicates the number of OKRs completed in relation to the total estimated OKRs. The second parameter shows the percentage of epics completed compared to the total planned epics. These indicators provide a clear view of the organization’s progress in relation to the goals and deliverables set.

Below the organization’s title, there is a list of OKRs and their respective objectives. Each objective is marked according to its completion status, which contributes to the calculation of the results mentioned earlier.

By clicking the toggle button located at the top of the page and activating the "Chart View" option, a chart is generated based on the OKRs listed in the "Tree View". Below is an example of the generated chart.
